A detail-oriented songwriter, producer, broadcast engineer, and entrepreneur from the Philadelphia area, Connor is a jack-of-all-trades who specializes in back-end logistics and long-term execution.

Connor's passion for music and disdain for corporate greed make him the perfect fit to lead Outland's artist-first business model. 

When he isn't making music or running audio for Big Ten Network broadcasts, you can find him watching the Phillies or hiking.

Jack Kurtz, co-founder

A producer from New Jersey with a growing repertoire of country and pop music. As the artist-facing representative for Outland, Jack specializes in building real relationships, working closely with artists one-on-one, and supporting them throughout the creative process.

Driven, hands-on, and passionate, Jack brings technical skill and genuine care to every project. 

When he’s not in the studio or working with artists, you can find him fishing or cheering on his favorite soccer team, FC Barcelona.
